What do you guys eat up there?

In the KAO the passengers will pack regular food with them.  Sandwiches, 
chips, fruits,...  The KAO also has hot and cold water aboard for drinks 
and instant soups and saimin.  You generally want to drink enough water 
so that you don't dehydrate.  The air is very dry at 40,000 feet.  In 
Hawaii, the teachers did bring a lot of goodies to share with the flight 
and research crew...cookies, sushi, roast pork...
