I enjoy the work I do. There are times when I am home and thinking of ways to
solve a design problem. The reason that I think "at home" is because at work
there is always somebody that interrupts you and meetings take away the rest
of my time.

Part of my job as an engineer was to support the operation of the KAO while
it was on deployment in New Zealand. This was the most fun part of my job. This
gave me a chance to get away from the nine to five routine and get my hands
dirty with the operations group.  The "not-so-fun" part of this job was that
I would be away from my family for 3-4 weeks while I supported the KAO on 
deployment.
