Information on NIH Image Documents

The NIH Image FTP site (zippy.nimh.nih.gov) has numerous example images and updated versions of both Mac and PC software (via anonymous FTP from zippy.nimh.nih.gov, in the /pub/nih-image/images and the /pub/nih-image/stacks directories), and it has macros and plug-ins, as well as several enhanced versions of NIH Image. You may also use a web browser to access the NIH Image home page at http://rsb.info.nih.gov/nih-image/. The alpha version of IMAGEPC can also be downloaded from NIH Image at ftp://zippy.nimh.nih.gov/pub/nih-image/nih-image_spinoffs/ .
